A journey through a different view of the world.
There are many older posts as well so dont just look at the first page.
I have a question-- do you ever advertise your photography (so other people can find it)? I think it would be a good idea if you're interested in critique. :)I love to write, but when I want critique, I advertise the header information of my stories to various LJ communities with similar interests. It's difficult to make a name for yourself when people aren't even aware you exist. Sometimes, you just need to give them a little nudge in your direction. ^^
I have created a facebook fan page and twitter to try and advertise a little bit and I am going to get business cards to advertise locally. I am not sure where to advertise on the internet. Most forums you are not supposed to advertise for your website. I do include the blog address in all forum signatures and email signatures.
That's a good idea (you should link me to your FB fan page)! :) The only places I could really suggest posting them (that I'm really familiar with) are DeviantArt (use bigger watermarks) or perhaps advertising it on some of the LJ communities (using a small thumbnail of one of your photos to lure them in and then posting a link to your blog) interested in photography and critique. Although, to be fair, LJ tends to be more about writing (that's not to say that there aren't artists there, though, because there are). It's just that some of the people on LJ tend to be be somewhat... pretentious and entitled (those aren't the words I'm looking for, but they'll give you a general idea), so you may or may not want to step into that mess. >.>;
There is a link to the facebook fan page in the right column.
